Update October 1, 2024 - Still excellent! We received great service from Kevin. I’ve added a picture of our new favorite entree, Fajitas for two. Just an amazing meal. Excellent Mexican food!We drove over to Milton from Slaughter Beach. Excellent! When they’re cleaning the menus as you walk in it’s a good sign. The restaurant was and smelled clean. We had an amazing meal. Everything was prepared fresh and delicious. We had the Al Pastor taco platter, chicken and chorizo fajitas and the freshly prepared guacamole, the best we’ve ever had. Great service from Blanca! Highly recommend.

I’ve been looking for a great Mexican restaurant near me and I finally found it. The food was very tasty, reasonably priced, drinks were delicious. I had the tequila Sangria OMG it was so good:) The view of the water while sitting on the deck was beautiful. Definitely think it’s worth every dollar spent

In this quaint mom-and-pop Mexican food gem, you'll find delicious hand-crafted meals at affordable prices. ( I got the shrimp and tongue tacos) Very clean, but what truly stands out is the warm, attentive customer service. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was delicious, I got the lime chicken chimichanga, and the flavor was a nice zesty lime with dark chicken meat, and everything on the plate had the perfect balance for the meal. Everything was so good that we bought two desserts, which were the flan and churros.

Absolutely my go to restaurant!! Family comes to visit goes straight to tequila real it’s always soo good!! Margaritas are delicious food is always hot and delicious service is excellent as well and to mention the white sauce served with the chips as soon as you are greeted at your table yum! …menu has so many optionsAfter writing this review I think I have to go for dinner tonight there!

Had a great lunch at Tequila Real. My wife and I each had the street tacos platter- four tacos each plus beans and rice- and you can pick two different types. Between the two of us, we had the Shrimp and Chorizo, the Carne Asada, Carnitas, and Al Pastor. They were all delicious, and it was a ton of food.We loved the decor- the heavy wooden chairs, the wall lizards, the tiles, and the artwork create a welcoming ambiance.We'll definitely be back soon.

Real cute Mexican restaurant nestled within a residential neighborhood in Milton. Both indoor and outdoor seating overlooks the water with great views. The food is outstanding. I had a steak burrito which was fresh and tasty smothered in a delicious pico de gallo sauce. It was also a sizable portion that was plenty for lunch. My wife had the fish taco which was also supreme. Service was friendly and efficient. When in Milton, be sure to stop here for a great Mexican dining experience.
